We prefer to work on open-source technologies which have a bright future. Usually we work in wordpress or other similar Content Management Systems. It is against our policy for us to fool you that we have a custom made content management system named SuperTurboCMS etc in order to justify the need to spend more of your money when in fact we are using freely available open source CMS. Open-source technologies are cost-effective and supported by the community of developers worldwide. Nevertheless, we can accommodate your technology preference based on your requirements. In case we feel that we cannot do the job for whatever reason we are upfront about it. Quality, Ethics and Transparency drives our business!

The development process depends on the package you choose and your requirements. A typical project can take between 25 – 35 working days. However, this is our net development time and in most cases projects last for longer due to our clients feedback or approval time. To get an accurate timeline for your project, contact us with your requirements.

Odoss’s price ranges are transparent and simply packaged. We have nothing to hide so below is what we typically charge for a variety of web project types based on our standard business process.

We are as effective and responsive as your local team and we would like to show you how even better we are!

We rarely have to change the structural or design aspects of a site, in order to optimise it. Rather, we focus on code content and optimise each page as it stands, providing tweaks and copy edits that’ll make all the difference.

Most of our clients are happy to leave the tweaking in our hands, however, if you’d rather action our recommendations, you can still do so internally at your own discretion.

While plenty of our SEO team members wear hats (some black), we do NOT engage in black hat SEO tactics.

Google penalises sites which engage in these shady tactics and we support them on this. That’s why we take the good old fashion approach by pursuing best practice and encouraging our clients to commit to producing excellent content that their site visitors will adore (and come back for).

By optimising your site both offline and online, you’ll be able to achieve a great flow of traffic to help realise your SEO ambitions. Black hat SEO may get you some results, but all your hard work will come undone if and when you’re caught out. The penalties may be severe and cause people to lose confidence in your brand so don’t risk it.

We don’t guarantee to get you on page one of Google, and to be honest, no company should. Google warns against companies making these lofty promises, particularly as their algorithms change often. Instead, Impressive guarantees to improve your visibility and rankings. We can get you the kind of traffic you’re after, carefully optimising your SEO to reach your target audience and consequently improve your site’s performance.

But don’t take our word for it! Check out the REAL results we got our REAL clients here.

Funny you mention that! We’re a full stack digital marketing agency that houses the best of the best when it comes to marketing talent. We have award-winning copywriters, design extraordinaires and marketing masters who all call our agency home.

Our copy writers will be able to provide your site with quality content that’s fully SEO optimised. It’ll also be engaging for your viewers. Engaging copy will ensure that they’ll keep coming back to you site again and again after their amazing experience and consequently, assist your rankings.

Unlike some agencies, we keep our content writing and search engine optimisation team under the same roof, effectively meshing together superior tech knowledge and enchanting creative flair.

Yes, we will show you how to update page content, such as text and images and this is included in the cost. More advanced content management subjects can be covered if required at extra cost, but for most clients, our inclusive training is perfectly adequate. We are also happy to assist with ongoing “how do I do….” questions if you have a support plan in place.

Unfortunately, not, we cannot control Google and the only way to ensure a top page listing is by paid advertis-ing (Google Adwords). Organic search requires significant effort, skill and investment of time before your busi-ness will rank. Many, many factors determine where you rank for a given search term, such as the age of your domain (its trust rating), the quality and volume of sites linking to yours, the quality of content, code and image¬ry, the social signals and interactions, mobile-friendliness and site popularity. In addition, the fluctuating level of competition means that your position in Google’s results will vary even if nothing on your site changes.

We will install Google analytics code on your website. This sends data to an online dashboard that shows key performance indicators, such as the number of visitors, page views, time on site, exit pages and so on. It’s a highly sophisticated and useful service. As part of an agreed support or marketing package we can set up reports, goals and conversion data and work with you to continually improve the performance and ROI of your website.

Yes, we will review your main competitor to establish their strengths and weaknesses and advise how best you can exploit deficiencies in their website or marketing activities.

Yes, we can provide specialist copywriting services. We work with a wide range of talented writers who know how to write for the web. They will take your brief directly but will be coordinated by us to ensure that the content is optimised for the search phrases you hope to be found for.

We try hard to make the whole process simple and stress-free! Normally, our clients provide all copy, images, logos/branding guidelines and admin access to their current site. We would expect you to respond to our ques-tions as soon as practicable as we will ask for your feedback throughout the project. If we do not receive your feedback promptly it may delay the project. In our experience, the number one reason why a web project is delayed is due to under-estimating the effort required to generate new content.

Of course, meetings can be arranged over skype at any time, and we use an online project management tool called Trello, which we use to keep everyone up to date and allows you to ask questions and see what our team is working on at any one time. Meetings can also be arranged in person at key moments, such as initial briefing, design presentation or if a complex aspect of the site needs to be discussed.
